Submitting to ToolVerified is free, and every listing gets the same human review. You only pay after your tool is approved, and only if you want more from it. All prices are in USD (US dollars), one payment, nothing recurring; any tax that applies where you are is shown at checkout.
A paid package gives your site a permanent dofollow link from toolverified.com, a DR 44 domain, plus the Premium tag, analytics and featured days.

How it works
Submit your tool, choose a package, and a person reads the listing. Approval cannot be bought: a paid package that does not pass review is never charged, because payment only opens once your tool is live. After approval you pay from your account, and the extras switch on automatically the moment Kelviq confirms the payment.
What is permanent and what is timed
The dofollow link, the Premium tag and analytics are permanent: one payment, kept for as long as the listing is live. The featured slots are timed. Premium gets 3 days in the homepage Featured row and 7 days pinned at the top of its category; Featured gets 14 and 30. Both start the moment your payment is confirmed. The homepage row shows 4 tools at a time and each category pins 2; when more are featured than that, the row rotates through them, so every paid listing gets its full run of days.
Upgrading
Any approved free listing can buy a package at any time from your account, with no second review. Pick the one you want before you pay: packages are one-time and final, and a listing that has Premium cannot be changed to Featured later.
Shipping, delivery, cancellation and refunds
Packages are digital services: nothing is shipped, locally or internationally, and there are no shipping charges. Your package is switched on automatically, usually within a minute and at most within an hour of Kelviq confirming the payment, and you get an order confirmation email with the details. You can cancel any time before paying by leaving the checkout page; after payment the package is already delivered, so it cannot be cancelled. We refund for service failures, for example a featured slot that never ran, and approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Keeping the link honest
A paid link points at the site you submitted. Changing the URL on a paid listing goes through a quick check before the new address goes live, and we look at paid links every week; a link that has died or now redirects somewhere else is looked at by a person. Listings that break the rules can be removed or set to nofollow without a refund; see the Terms.
